Transforming Health Through
Community Partnerships
Hold.Health is a learning network working together at scale
to advance just, equitable, and effective health systems.
We’re a Network of Networks at the Cross Section of Faith and Health
We are a network of networks designed to accelerate a movement of faith and health to advance just, equitable, efficient, and effective health and healthcare. We strengthen fellow travelers, foster fellowship, and put ideas into action. This calling challenges us all to change how we work and bring new ideas to improve all parts of our health networks, systems, and communities at scale.
We aim to join forces with diverse partners to address the underlying causes of poor health conditions. The Hold.Health Learning Network is committed to supporting change makers and leaders in the health of the public.
